General questions

Everything is relative, and we won’t promise something we can’t stand for, but we have outperformed every traditional SEM advertisement agency by multiple times on our customers.

There is, of course, a limit to how much you can spend on Google Ads and still get a good return. For more information see “How much should my daily Google Ads budget be?”

Amanda is the name of our automatic Google Ads and Google Shopping robot. A single app that handles everything for your Google Ads and Google Shopping

Included in Amanda for Shopify is

  • Creation of Google Shopping feeds in all of the compatible languages corresponding to the countries that your site ships to. For more information about languages, see: “In which countries do you publish ads?”
  • Indexing keyword
  • Smart combination and creation of keywords
  • Google Ads creation
  • Translation of search ads to the local language (where your site’s languages are accepted)
  • Bid optimization. Individual bid optimization for each keyword and product in Google Shopping

Yes. Let Amanda handle all of your marketing regarding sales, so that you can focus on creating campaigns to build your brand and brand awareness.

No. While it is possible to change them, they will be changed back once a day, and it might give us misleading data when optimized. Therefore please refrain from doing so, and instead contact us with questions or concerns.

Google Search Ads will be created within minutes to hours of completing the setup depending on how many products and categories you have.

Google Shopping feeds will be submitted by within minutes to hours of completing the setup depending on how many products your store have. After that Google needs to crawl your site to fetch images & see that the data is correct. This can take up to three (3) days depending on how many products there is.

Amanda does not change any exsisting campaigns or settings. If they are enabled they will continue to be enabled untill you paus or remove them.

Pricing

If you change your daily budget to anything higher than that of your current level, we will automaticallt upgrade you to the next level plan the following month and charge you accordingly.

Yes. You need to have

  1. a Google Ads account
  2. a Google Merchant Center account
  3. Google Merchant Center & Google Ads account linked

It is not necessary but highly recommended that you have set up conversion tracking in Google Ads

No. You pay for your Ad Spend through your Google Ads account.

Yes.
The setup will be delayed as we must manually choose which Google Ads ID and Merchant Center ID to use. When you install the application, we will be notified if you are a Google Ads Manager. Within 24 hours we will contact you asking for the additional information required.

Google

In order to request to link Merchant Center and AdWords, you will need to initiate the link from Merchant Center. It is possible to link multiple AdWords accounts to a single Merchant Center account, as well as a single AdWords account to multiple Merchant Center accounts.

  1. In your Merchant Center account, go to the 3-dot icon menu and and then click Account linking.
  2. Select AdWords.
  3. Under “Your AdWords Account,” find the AdWords customer ID of the account you want to link. You can find the customer ID at the top of any AdWords page when you're signed in, near your email address.
  4. Click Link.

When a Merchant Center account sends you a request to link, these invitations will appear in the table on your "Linked accounts" page in AdWords.

  1. Click the gear icon (), then select Linked accounts from Account settings and open the Google Merchant Center section.
  2. Click the View request button.
  3. Review the request details. Linking the accounts doesn't grant administrative access to either account holder, and either you or the Merchant Center account holder can unlink the accounts at any time.
  4. To approve the link, click Approve.
  5. To reject this link, click Reject and confirm that you want to reject it. If you want to link these accounts later, you'll need to send a new link request from Merchant Center.

Google Shopping

Yes. Feel free to create your own campaigns using the Google Shopping feeds for your account.

We recommend that you create banner campaigns to compliment the Ads that Amanda generates.

Dynamic Remarketing is a useful and available to create with our Google Shopping feeds, but you might need to set it up.

Amanda will set up one feed per country.

Amanda fetches the countries that your store ships to and will setup Google Shopping feeds for all countries that Google allows you to.

The number of countries depends on the languages that your shop is available in. If it is in English and you ship worldwide, we will publish Google Shopping feeds for all of the following countries:
